This is the stuff I've been getting into. The interesting thing is that it's basically creating a labour backed currency, it's just that the labour isn't accomplishing much other than providing a better multiplayer experience for a game.

They believe that racism is "power + privilege" which means anything that makes racial inequality (inequity) greater. It doesn't matter if you say "But that's not what racism is!" because they will never change their definition. The only way to have your definition get support is by having institutional backing

@Marko "Conspiracy" just means people working in secret. Not a false idea. This definition was pushed by the Alphabet agencies after the JFK assassination.

Merit does not only mean productivity or how much money somebody can earn.

@cidoku I'm in it for the dream of being able to play (or manage) games and earn money. As well as more "realistic" economies inside of games, where people can interact with things in a more real manner, with property ownership

The only ways to actually solve an ethnic conflict are: Separation, domination, and mixture. Usually multiple or all of them at once to certain degrees.

We have been told that domination is horrible, and that separation is bad (as long as you're a part of the oppressors who can dominate). So the only "moral" option left is mixture.
I would say "mixture" has to be voluntary on both sides part. Forcing two groups to mix who do not mutually want that is simply another type of domination.
It's far worse to force people to mix with groups they do not want to, than to allow them to keep separate.

The only group that is not forced to mix is the one that is actually in the position of domination.
