@Eris @TrevorGoodchild Instead they should have called it the Bridge of Death and had images of skulls and graveyards. At least then it would be giving people a more clear image of what they're going to do.
@LucoaMilkers @Vasta218 @kino There's a ton of chinese shows on myanimelist and it all looks like total garbage. They just rate them as a 10 no matter what to inflate scores.
The OP of Witchcraft Works is really good too

@liaizon That would be a good practice, to at least say something like (French to English TL)
@DaveyDelimbo No problem. I'd also suggest watching some videos by Asha Logos if you haven't before, he has a lot of great stuff

@lichelordgodfrey @treuerunen @CosmaruCiorilor I would believe it, they're still seething about Roman arches.

@DaveyDelimbo Well the original symbol of the fasces, the bundle of sticks and axe, was from Rome. Holding fasces meant you held the entire authority of Rome. The US even has the fasces in the Senate house, because the founding Americans were heavily inspired by Rome.
It simply means "One stick alone is weak, and together they are strong." along with the axe, which can still chop through a tree.
The word nation comes from Latin as well, and it means roughly the same as the Greek ethnos. Which is a people that share the same language, culture, and ancestry. It has since devolved into just meaning citizens of a country though.

@DaveyDelimbo Everything ends up being authoritarian one way or another, it's just how overt it is with that. That's why we have laws after all. So Fascism is overtly authoritarian at least.
Communism is also overtly authoritarian, but seeks international control. That's why all of Europe and others had failed Communist revolutions in the 1920's.
Since those failed, they figured that a softer and harder to notice approach is better. That's what "Socialism" is used as. Which is why many people call it cultural marxism, and what things like Critical Theory (anti-whiteness) come from.
Of course the Communists and the cultural marxists are both funded by international financiers in order to get more control. Since they sit in the back, and are not involved directly with politics the public does not think they are being ruled by people with vast sums of undisclosed money, usually from banking families.

@DaveyDelimbo Fascism is a catch-all term for nationalist authoritarian government that stands in opposition to international finance.
@coolhandjames @TacticalBoner The whole "anti-vax" narrative has always been to let the government regularly inject you with whatever they feel like. They want to make it routine and mandatory, so that later when they want to deliberately cull people they can do it far more easily. It will probably sterilize people without their knowledge.
The current "vaccines" (mRNA experiments) are more like getting people to go through the xray at the airport.

@judgedread They threaten you with solitary confinement, as well as struggle sessions. But yeah the overall trend is towards keeping the citizens in, meanwhile any immigrant who wants to enter a western country is able to skirt through the system.
@graf I have like 170 on my pc since I neglected to install a tab limiter. The majority of them are just youtube videos I want to watch later too
@mactonite @Sterence @s8n It also just fucks up with a person's mentality in general. One of the reasons I dread mornings, appointments, and can only feel like I can be comfortable at night, is probably in no small part because school ruins your internal schedule during some of the most important formative years of your life.
@Shadowman311 @Vasta218 Yeah, the first one was a cat in Japan.

@Xeraser @crunklord420 You can blame laptops for that, many of them omit the number keys as well
Actually it's only shadowbanning them on vtuber videos. I wonder if they're trying to lower their engagement or something
