@SerfnUSA Yeah I know, I'm just using it as an example of a cast with mainly women.
@SerfnUSA You're right about that, but the bland self-insert male character is probably necessary for some people.
No male main characters is one of the reasons I don't like Dragon Maid actually. I'm not into yuri in the slightest
I still like shows like Yuru Yuri and Galko because they're more about comedy

@SerfnUSA She knows what guys like. Pandering to men is one of the most gyaru things a female mangaka could do
@irie Yeah and at this point companies like BlackRock and Vanguard are basically the financial arms of the US government
@fiddle Breath of the Wild is real and I love it
@ArdanianRight @ChristiJunior The core of the ideology really is anti-family.
@Suzu You can't always explain it. You can't explain why you might like apples more than oranges, that's just how it is. It's not a deliberate choice.
If we're getting into the question of "which fetish is healthier" then the answer is very little of any of them.

@moth_ball Yeah the face is tough. It reminds me of making an angel in elementary school on a field trip. You did the horns really well!
@moth_ball Nice job!
@MoeBritannica I love Emma August, I wish there was more translated stuff of her
@magus @fluffy
I'll tell you a little story. I've grown up in a big city. I grew up as a "liberal" that is to say caring about things like free speech, equality, anti-censorship.
I've made friends with many people far more progressive than me. Including various trans people since 2013 or so.
At no point have I hated them for this inner conflict in their minds. I myself have had autogynophillic fetishes and very long hair throughout highschool. If I was born slightly later and wasn't so lucky I would end up with the same turmoil they have.
The solution to a person who wants to saw their own arm off is not to go along with it and validate them. They have a serious mental problem and that will not be solved with physical changes to their body.
This is why I also do not like tattoos, piercings, dyed hair, etc.
I genuinely want to help people. You may not believe me and I'm probably wasting my time, but I do not like to abandon people. Even if things seem pointless or hopeless, I want to help people.

@magus @fluffy If you want me to admit that I am not perfect I can do that in spades. I can diminish myself and suffer all I want, and is that going to make you happier?
I would much rather try to uplift humanity. Things are not perfect now, but we can make them slightly better each day that passes, even if it is difficult.
Also the "Out of Africa" biological theory is not accurate, at least how it's presented.
Subsaharan Africans have an unknown admixture from some other human-like species that is not present in the other populations in Europe and Asia.
European peoples are primarily a mixture of bronze age steppe horsemen, anatolian farmers, and european hunter gatherers.
I understand this very well. I do not wish to "go back to the past" and purely emulate what has already happened, but to create a good future.

I decided to move my leatherworking stuff to my bedroom so I have a bunch of tools scattered around. It should be a bit easier to get work done though
@ChristiJunior @ItsSkyDragonz @coolboymew @meeper @natsock @xianc78 What's being talked about there is artstyle. Do you want me to explain how an N64 game can look better than a PS5 one?
@natsock @ChristiJunior @ItsSkyDragonz @coolboymew @meeper @xianc78 Xenoblade may look pretty at a distance, but up close it wasn't any better. Either way I'm hoping they have learned a lot from Breath of the Wild's success.
I enjoyed the original Diamond/Pearl/Plat a lot, but I totally lost interest by Black and White, it was just the same thing over and over at that point.
