It happens a lot when something reaches a monopoly that is only interested in keeping its position. The core of why they rose to power gets hollowed out entirely.

@comfy @ArdanianRight Yeah right after an area that's a literal corridor. That's one character that barely shows up. I spent hours in the wild areas. It's why I'm pretty interested in Legends Arceus.
