@fluffy They can be fun if you enjoy exploration and simple action combat. Some of the quests in Skyrim are pretty good, but simple. Fallout 4's story is total trash, but the building systems are at least a bit interesting.
I'd suggest Fallout New Vegas if you haven't played that. Dragons Dogma is also really fun, but doesn't have as much free exploration.

@fluffy I'm waiting until Elden Ring is actually out before I see any of it.
Oh and Kingdom Come Deliverance is pretty great too if you haven't played that

@fluffy Yeah Witcher 3 is great! I still want to read some of the Witcher books but haven't gotten around to it yet
Monster Hunter World is also fun, but can be hard. I don't know if you've played any of that series

@fluffy Yeah Monster Hunter World starts really slow, but once you actually start doing the boss fights it's a lot of fun
@fluffy The story is better if you play it single player I think. It forces you to actually learn the monsters a lot more than ganging up with 3 or 4 people.
The post-game stuff is usually better in multiplayer though
You also need to find a weapon that suits you. In World I ended up really liking the hammer

@fluffy I just watched a playthrough of the original Nier instead of playing it, I didn't have a 360 hooked up anyways.
I haven't been feeling well either, and am probably just going to watch some anime. Take it easy and get well soon!
