@Guy Race is biology, they are the same thing. Capital does not do things on its own, it is a means by which people use to engage with each other. Putting everything on "capital" avoids the question of the kind of people who are manipulating that capital for their own ends.

I always enjoy hearing experiences and stories of people like the British colonials in India and Africa. I wonder if there's any good documentaries on that kind of subject

Blacks do not build nations, they build clans and tribes. If you want to hate somebody for oppressing the blacks you should be looking at Jewish involvement in the slave trade as well.
