@Xeraser @crunklord420 You can blame laptops for that, many of them omit the number keys as well

Actually it's only shadowbanning them on vtuber videos. I wonder if they're trying to lower their engagement or something

Youtube is shadowbanning my comments on videos. I wonder what exactly it was that put me on their bad list

@yockeypuck @LouisConde Kids will go towards whatever trends will make them cool, or at least feel that way. Some of them follow the mass media route and obsess over tiktok and youtube, others will just focus on stuff like games and anime, and a few will go onto racist telegrams to see all the memes that get banned everywhere else.

@Jackuu @Tripp @CumskinFoidPuncher69420 @Shadowman311 This is the biggest opportunity to create parallel institutions. If there are any rogue multi-millionaires out there (crypto?) they would be in the absolutely best spot to create underground services.

Frisland was an island the size of roughly Ireland that was near Iceland which appears on some maps. An island is talked about in the Frisian Oera Linda Book under the names "Atland" and "Aldland" which was sunken. The maps of Frisland appear to match up to the now existing Faroe Islands. This may have been swallowed up in landslides or other tectonic movement 4000 or so years ago as the Oera Linda Book says, and now only the mountain peaks exist as islands.

@LucoaMilkers @moth_ball Well Fukunaga was able to look like a guy too, so either they were bound down or he just wears breastforms.

@moth_ball @LucoaMilkers Yeah Fukunaga's a guy that dresses up as a woman, it's never talked about much outside of the initial reveal and mostly just treated as a feminine character.

This is what the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) originally was like

@Sakiel @JackTheIntern @BlackestYoshi @guttersessions Science was for white autistic (or at least not neurotypical) men who were willing to categorize every kind of substance and combine them in every way they could think of. Then they would diligently write it down so other autists could learn from it without having to do the experiments themselves. That's why we have electricity.

The inability to separate fantasy from reality is a massive problem.

People who start with an idea and then after the fact seek to prove it to be true end up grasping at straws and going on schizophrenic searches.

This is why people indulge in things like numerology, astrology, reading too much into holy books, song lyrics, etc.
They end up looking for things that were never there to begin with because they want their fantasies to be true.
Usually this is just somebody with way too much time on their hands, but sometimes a malicious person can use this to mislead and draw people into making bad decisions.

This is fundamentally different from looking at what actually exists, and then making a judgement based on that.

@wizardyuuka Well in Generations the styles pretty much change the whole moveset, but in Rise it's just one or two attacks you can swap. Usually it's a wirebug move which have cooldowns, but some of them are the normal moves too.

I wish there was a roguelike kind of mode in one of the games, that would work really well with Monster Hunter I think

@wizardyuuka Well with Rise they have some customization so you can swap out some moves depending on the weapon. I never use the A attacks with the hammer (the big bang attack, which can be changed for that guard point). They added a second type of charge attacks which are really fun though. The final charge becomes a jump slam instead of the spin.

And yeah it does get a bit repetitive doing the same stuff over and over. I need to take long breaks or else I just get burnt out playing the endgame monsters.

@newt Hopefully I sound nice at least

At some point I will go and watch some tokusatsu stuff. It's really hard to not just see it as guys in plastic suits though

@wizardyuuka I never really had a main before world, but in World I mained hammer, and did a lot of that in Rise too. I've also played dual blades a lot.

They changed Hunting Horn a lot in Rise, so it's a lot more popular now. It almost feels like a different weapon though.

I haven't even tried fighting Alatreon or Fatalis in World because they just made a lot of those endgame monsters annoying to fight.

It sounds like the G rank expansion for Rise will be coming out on PC at the same time as Switch which should be nice. It's a really good game! The movement mechanics are really nice with the wirebugs and dogs.

Racial identity for me, but not for thee!
